The Hong Kong Biodiversity Museum (HKBM) houses a vast collection of specimens of our hugely varied natural heritage, and was opened with a mission to promote wider understanding of conservation and research into local and regional biological diversity.
With over 10,000 specimens, HKBM represents one of the largest biological specimen collection within Hong Kong. Visitors can have a look at creatures from polar to tropical regions, from deserts to oceans, with both common to some of the rarest species.
