Urothemis signata (Scarlet basker)
Habitat: larvae found in ponds and marshes
General appearance: body medium large sized, up to about 20mm long; head triangular shaped with eyes directed backward; legs with dark bands on femora and long setae on outer margin of tibiae; abdomen oval shaped with some pale spots on each side, dorsal spines on abdominal segments III - VIII and lateral spines on abdominal segments VIII - IX
