Ischura senegalensis (Common Bluetail)

Habitat: larvae found in ponds and wetlands with dense vegetation

General appearance: body medium sized, up to about 18mm long; green in alive; dark stripe across head between two eyes; three caudal gills leaf-like with dense venation, but without large markings
