Rhinocypha perforata (Common blue jewel)
Habitat: larvae found under small stones or submerged wood in clean streams
General appearance: body large sized, probably up to 25mm long; 1st antennal segment elongated but much shorter than the combined length of other segments (cf. Calopterygidae); labium triangular with emarginated lingua, pair of dark spots on anterolateral margin of prementum & base of palpal hooks; two forceps-like caudal gills (median gill greatly reduced to minute), triangular-shaped in cross section
