      Molecular Endocrinology and ProteinEngineering

• Molecular biology of cell junction dynamics (tight junctions, adherens junctions and gap junctions)
• Sex hormone-binding globulin -- protein-protein interaction by the yeast two-hybrid system
• Transcriptional regulation of receptor tyrosine kinases and testis transcriptional factors
• Male contraceptive drug design and cell targeting delivery system

• Outstanding Research Supervisor Award 1999-2000, HKU
